â–ª Draft plans produced to keep you up to date and ensure the most suitable design.
â–ª Preparation and submission of drawings for Planning Permission or Lawful Development Certificate.
â–ª Preparation and submission of working drawings for Building Regulations.
â–ª Production of calculations for any structural elements with engineer.
â–ª Liaison with local authority including all forms and paperwork.
â–ª Provision of contractor to complete the work if required - please ask.
