THE PROCESS
▪ Initial consultation to discuss your requirements.
▪ Draft plans produced to keep you up to date and ensure the most suitable design.
▪ Preparation and submission of drawings for Planning Permission or Lawful Development Certificate.
▪ Preparation and submission of working drawings for Building Regulations.
▪ Production of calculations for any structural elements with engineer.
▪ Liaison with local authority including all forms and paperwork.
▪ Provision of contractor to complete the work if required - please ask.
